For solo founders.

Something in your businessisn't adding up.

Your offer has evolved.

Your priorities have multiplied.

Opportunities are pulling you in different directions.

You know something needs to change.

You just haven't worked out exactly what.

You have built enough business for the decisions to matter, and you are figuring out what comes next.

If you are pre-revenue, or the decision belongs to a leadership team rather than to you, this is not built for you.

When you're inside the problem, perspective is the first thing you lose.

You don't need to arrive with the right question.

You need space to step back, understand what's really happening and see how the pieces fit together.

Together, we'll challenge assumptions, explore the trade-offs and look at the situation from different angles.

Not to tell you what to do.

To help you see clearly enough to decide for yourself.

Reality First.

Because the risk isn't deciding badly. It's deciding from an incomplete view of what's actually there.

In your corner. Not in your seat.

I'm Erik Mollen. I work alongside founders navigating the decisions that shape what their businesses become next.

My career has been built around structuring complex problems and turning difficult decisions into progress — in life sciences, where timelines do not move and you cannot narrate your way past a process that does not hold.

That is where Reality First stopped being a phrase and became a method.

That domain happens to be life sciences. The problem does not belong to it — every business has a version of what is actually happening, and a version everyone has agreed to believe.

My role isn't to make the decisions for you. It's to help you see the situation clearly enough to make them yourself.

I finally have a clear story that explains what I do, why it matters, and how clients can grow with me.
